Although it might sound a little crazy, I would just get some Great Value glass cleaner and pour the cleaner out (or save it if you want to), make sure you clean the bottle out really well, and then use that bottle for spraying. Those last a long time, so they should do the trick for you.

Thermohygrometers can come in pretty handy, I'm assuming you're using it for the panther's enclosure. Your lighting does look fine although it may be a little too bright.
