well he is not putting his head in the air. just opening it a little bit then closing. overall its dropped to in the 70s because i turned off the basking light. should i be worried? should i keep the basking light off?

i haven't heard any noises. everything seems normal except for his mouth open. it almost looks like he is yawning, but several times.
