Hey guys, haven’t been on in a while, but I was outside today letting Tony get a bit of sun in his plants. He’s been under the weather lately. Anyway so I was misting his plants to give him some water and he was drinking fine but when I looked up again he had caught something and was chewing. I...
I'm not going to lie to you dude, I personally think he is a real handsome boy and that you should be happy with his colors. However, as Jan said does he go outside any? Natrual light helps them to really display color and helps it to become more vibrant. Also the change colors with age, I saw...
Can he be handled? If he can you should ask your neighbor to pick him up and feel his grip on her fingers/allow her to really examine him and take pictures for you. Also if he can be handled see if she can put him back up at the top near his lights to get some warmth and uvb. If he falls or goes...
Agree with above statements, he could not be flaring up because he doesn't feel like the space is completely his. Like when my cham was a couple of months he would walk past mirrors and reflections no problem. But once he got a certain age he would flare up and even try to attack that rude...
Hey, hey, I'm glad everything worked out for you. I just wanted to comment on the supers thing, if they are in the dirt of his plants then you should't worry. They usually don't disturb or try to bite at the cham while he's sleeping. If you wait a couple of weeks they'll turn into beetles and...
Heres what i did to get Tony to put up with my antics:
Like the above mentioned I definitely tried hand feeding him. Every time I had to do something I.e. Mist or clean his cage I would give him a superworm treat. If I had to take him out of his cage I would give him this same treat before and...
This picture is just a picture because he's handsome and I couldnt stop myself. Also an update on the possibledge burn. After it was brought to my attention I do recall an incident recently where Tony was exploring and had managed to climb up on of my bearded cages via the light fixture. When I...
Sorry for the late post guys it's been a hectic week. But this is his cage. The Temps in the morning are about sixty or high fifties if it's really cold. Overall the though cage stays at about an even seventy unless it's summer or the heater is on. Right now his humidity is at 64 before misting.
Oh I didn't know that thanks @jamest0o0 and @Matt Vanilla Gorilla (even though maybe I feel like you told me this before Matt in which case I'm sorry for your repetition being a reptile parent makes me paranoid). This just worried me because sometimes he doesn't keep his tail curled during the...
Hi guys I need some advice. This is my chameleon tony. He is two years old. I've taken him to the vet multiple times because sometimes I think I hear a clicking or his limbs will be hanging off or will feel less strong. But every time we go he gets an okay for clear lungs.
Tony is still very...
