I have a veiled female chameleon, and when I introduced her to my male, she gave off the signs of pregnancy ( the dark blue with spots) she is about 9-11 months old, but I just got her last week so I don't know much about her, do you think she's pregnant with infertile eggs?
I also mated her with my male to see what would happen, and she showed normal coloration, but when they were done she displayed dark colors in the picture shown, what exactly does that mean? Does everything look right?
I just bought her today and i don't know if she's pregnant or just kind of fat, her stomach feels really firm. I put the laying bin in her cage just in case, if she does lay eggs how do I know that she did, will the soil be mixed up or what. I'm not new to chameleons, I thought I knew everything...
I recently purchased my 6 month old male Veiled Chameleon, and when I bought him he was a more dark green almost on the gray side which I'm assuming is his relaxed tone, but since I've had him he has been bright yellow and blue almost all the time should I be worried?
