This shed is taking longer than they ever have. It's been about 2 days so far and he's not even close to being done

my male veiled chameleon has been doing great just a couple days ago he stopped eating or eating very little he is now shedding he is about 9 or 10 months old. Is this a common thing when they get older he is my first one and I'm worried about him he still loves coming out of his cage and...

Yes he is a male he has the small bumps on his feet. I was just wondering so I knew when to expect him to start changing colors.
