I have a 5 almost 6 year old panther chameleon who has not eaten for a couple of weeks now (that I've seen ) he used to take food from me but just gives me a huff when offered food and he has been staying at the bottom of the cage now for the past 5 days. He also feels cold. Any ideas please
He is in a 4ft viv with uv light and a basking light near one end of viv, dust his food regularly and the insects are gutloaded well with insect grub and leafy cabbages and apples etc, he has like a barnacle on his back which apparently a sign of arthritis and he sometimes looses balance...
I have a 5 year old panther chameleon and I have to hand feed him, and when in do he seems to almost miss his food, so inhave to direct the food to his tongue, could his eye sight be failing?
