What fruits or veggies do I need to give him? The care sheet doesn't say. That's what I didn't know to feed him.

My young male chameleon looks burned/sick but I don't know for sure seeing as this is my first chameleon. He's been acting lethargic lately and trying/getting stuck behind the water dispenser. Can anyone tell me if they've had this issue?
