Sorry if you answered this but I didn't see it in your first post..but do you give him calcium WITH d3 at all? From what I've picked up..and what I do is..he gets his multivitamins twice a month (I didn't see you mention that either) and calcium WITH d3 twice a month as well..so every Friday...
