Hi I'm going to buy a new bulb as not sure how old the bulb I got with vivarium is can anyone tell me what % uva uvb I should get some are 30% uva 2% uvb or 5% or 10% uvb thanks

Hi I've recently got a veiled chameleon and need to get a new basking light but not sure what type is best when I went to shop they've got infrared ,daylight, desert sun, spotlight is there a certain type should be using. Thanks
