My veiled charm will be 2 in May. Over the past month he won’t eat, like at all. He’ll drink some when I mist him. He just hasn’t been very active. Yesterday he sat in the same spot all day from the time he woke up. I’m really worried. Please help!!!
Yes like a regular home bulb. I have the digital thermometer reader directly underneath my double light holder so that just might be the temperature from right exactly under the holder, she lays 68 inches below the light.
How old should they ( I have a she ) be to have mustard yellow splotches on them? How old are they usually begin laying eggs? How do a female carrying eggs act?
So sorry for your loss my current female veiled is also getting sick, weak and not active during the day as much and tends to keep her eyes closed also during the day some. I’m scared i might lose mine too
I have a regular 15 watt light bulb & it gets as hot as 100 degrees Fahrenheit max, because on here i was told female veiled don’t require basking lights as much as males.
That’s where I think I made my first mistake I bought her from a pet store but they had her shipped there so I’m not exactly sure if she came from a breeder or not but if something happens to her I will purchase a new one from a breeder, but do you have any advice on what I should do as of now...
