I did read a lot about female chameleons on this forum and other blogs. I do not have any further details about her previous “digging experience.”
I simply put her in a large container so she would have enough space to dig in private- covered with a towel.
I am mainly asking about symptoms...
Current Problem - worried my chameleon is laying. Not sure how long to leave her in the laying bin before checking on her. I don’t want to keep her in there if she’s not digging. But if she is and I check on her she may stop.

Handling - Only once to clean and add vines to her habitat
Feeding - 6-8 crickets every other day- misting 2x daily- using calcium powder on crickets
