My chameleon would sleep in the same spot for a few weeks and now has been in a new spot. He is still eating but I am trying to watch out to make sure he is not lethargic. He seems okay but do they ever just change sleeping spots?

I got a baby veiled chameleon a month ago- it is probably 3 months old.. it shows dark gray spots almost everyday.. i know that can be due to stress but i have not seen pictures of stress that look the same- could the spots be related to something else or just the daily coloring of the chameleon
