What about if your humidity might be too high? I have a female veiled and we’re usually around 65-75% as I live in a very humid climate.

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. All I have is the sample packet that comes with the kit. I actually believe it has D3 in it. I will get one without.

Without D3 daily. I will use with D3 once every other week and the vitamin dusting once every opposite week.
