Thank you! He hatched in February. I feed him 3-4 silkworms per day depending on size, 4 dubias every other day and as many crickets as he’ll eat usually about 12. I plan to increase number of roaches and decrease crickets as my roach colony grows.
Just shed a couple days ago, he was mad at me anyway for cleaning his cage and weighing him. 31.8g today. Thinking I might update this thread weekly with his weight if anyone is interested in seeing the results. He has been eating like a pig, drinking plenty.
I used fiberglass mesh on the inside and masked it off so as not to get great stuff or silicone on it.
Then it was time to add cork bark and great stuff.
Then I added the molding and 4 coats of dry-loc to all interior surfaces except bottom. Then I did 4 coats of liquid rubber for koi ponds to the bottom and 6 inches up the sides.
So I started with 1/2” sanded ply for the back and sides.
I used 3/4” plywood for the bottom, 1x8’s for top and bottom sills, and 1x4’s for the sides. All joints were glued and nailed using a brad nailer.
My little guy has arrived. Male Ambilobe, son of wild thing from chameleons paradise.
He will spend 30 days in his reptibreeze for quarantine before moving to his big boy home.
