Im really upset a friend of mine told me dry worms will be fair enough and I didn't read about them before I got my beloved Lala! Now he seems ill I'm really sad and can't see insects because of my phobia I had hope to find another way to feed him like small fish and some fruit paste 💔

Please I love to have chameleon but I have phobia of insects Is there proper substitute to feed him thanks
