Is there a way to check if my chameleon egg is alive??

I don't like it. It just seems to me to be yet another way that these animals are exploited. Whatever happened to doing research on a particular animal and then tracking down a reputable breeder? Or being a reputable breeder and selling healthy/weaned/well adjusted babies? A trend that could be...

Misters and Foggers and Drippers.... oh my!

I'm planning on using all three with my upcoming Chameleon ventures. A mister twice a day (lights out) automated and a fogger used at night but controlled by a hygrostat, or whatever the terminology is. That way I hope it'll be easier to control. I also plan to use a dripper mid to late...

Chameleons can't drink when they're asleep" and "They only mist/fog at night in the US because their humidity is different to ours...

No idea. Apparently disagreeing with the admins was classed as 'trouble making' lol.

Looks awesome! Are you going to silicone the internal edges where the wood meets the frame?

Shout out to all the new keepers that research and prepare before getting their chameleon

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum too. It's been at least 10 years since my first Chameleon passed, so with the idea of getting another at some point this year I'm doing all I can to get caught up on husbandry and equipment etc as obviously a lot has changed. I've read articles and care sheets...
