Hi All, I am having trouble determining if this is stuck shed around the toes or just a lighter color around the toes. All of his feet look similarly. It’s been about 2 weeks since his last shed. Your opinion is much appreciated! Thank you.
I’d also like to add Chadwell Animal Hospital in Abingdon, MD. They have daily emergency reptile appointments but call as soon as they open. They have several exotic vets and their pricing is the lowest I’ve seen in the area. They also perform surgery.
Update for those interested: I spoke with his vet- the one who performed the surgery. She said he likely had a severe adverse reaction to the antibiotic, Baytril, and/or aspirated some of it into his lungs.
Sisko the Jackson’s chameleon passed away this morning, 2 days after a tail amputation surgery. We loved him greatly and he will be dearly missed. I let the vet that performed the surgery know, I suspect that he was incorrectly intubated as he was coughing and vomiting blood this morning. I also...
