Multivitamin (as I said here) schedule is 1-2x per week About calcium supplement, I am not sure if every other day is ok ( so it means 4x per week) I would appreciate if you could give me a few tips about the supplements:)

these are the lights I have (photo) and vitamin. I am weekly feeding her multivitamin. Should I get her some more vitamins? Calcium? Also she is eating 3x per day two crickets ( so six a day)
