She is doing well! I woke up at 3 am with the power back on and went to check on her after I put her back in her cage for the night. She is doing good, and I'll keep these suggestions in my head for the next emergency power outage!
I live in Canada (winter snowtime) and I dont think itll get colder than 10 degrees celsius, but im not sure. im afraid because her cage is downstairs. i will try the dark shirt suggestion, thank you so much for the tips!
Hi there! my power is out (im on my cell phone!) and my heat lamp went out. i have nothing to back up heat for her, and the power company estimates it shoud be fixed by twelve thirty am. it is only 10, and im really worried about my veiled! Will she be okay through the night?
Hey there, what kind of veggies can you feed to a chameleon (not gutloading insects) and what should you avoid? I googled and read that you can't feed them iceburg lettuce. Is that correct? And also, can you feed veiled chameleons yellow, or any coloured peppers?
Thanks everyone! She's just a vale chameleon (thats what the pet store person told me today when I went into talk) and I cleaned the cage, it was water from the soil and I think it was actually from the little dripper system. I'm definetly going to read up on that link because I am a newbie...
Hello, I'm new! My brother got a chameleon a few days ago, and after only a few day the bottom mulch/dirt seems to be soaked in urine? It is vaguely yellow, but I wasn't sure what else it could be. It's everywhere on the bottom, and theres tiny pools of it!
I'm not sure what is wrong with her...
