Observations: they seem to have a "soft" mouth and cannot or choose not to eat large insects except for hornworms. Favorites are BSF flies and small silks although will also eat houseflies as many as you can give.
Definite preference for cooler temps, when outdoors will not stay in bright sun if temp over 65. Uses various levels/microclimates more than my veiled.
Perhaps because captive bred, is very eager to come out of enclosure and forgiving of handling for medications. actively climbing out onto arm without coaxing.
Takes an extremely long interval to stimulate drinking behavior.
