1st Hornworm

So Mr. Pink got to try his 1st hornworm yesterday it was pretty funny...just a few quick questions: I dusted it with cal, (which is why it looks so pale), do I need to? and was that one too big?
I only plan on giving him one every couple days, I threw in some collared greens and dandelion leaves for gutload and am keeping them at room temp, is this alright?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjhNu7v9ROE

Haha great video! It def looks like he enjoyed! I usually don't dust my horns. Just depends on what you feed Mr. Pink AND what you feed your feeders. My little ones have a ton of variety but I would say they eat more silkies than anything else. So they are already loaded with calcium. I use horns as a pretty rare treat. He looks great! I love Mr. Pink!!

That was a great video! Reminds me of my Tepesh just sitting and sitting while you stand there taking video lol. I am going to Repticon in Baltimore this weekend and hope to get some hornworms for my 2 Veileds! Hope they enjoy them as much as yours seemed too!!
