One more thing, these Chameleons require specific UVB fixtures to thrive. If improper UVB is supplied your cham will develop health issues later in life. Be sure your UVB follows these guidelines.

@tdoctor74 you really need to fill out that form, Respectfully, there is a lot more wrong with that viv than there is right. He is EXTREAMLY stressed in every picture you've posted. We know your not doing this intentionally, until you get that viv corrected you are abusing him too.

I honestly cannot fill out that form because I only know what I have told you on this forum. I am doing what I can to try and help him, by coming here and asking for some advice and help. I will be getting him a new light and some new food, as of now he has has been getting crickets and some superworms.

Local petstores often have Dubia roaches (spotted roaches) those are also a good main feeder to offer. Along with 2-3 Waxworms a week.

No I haven't, I literally just got him and then had to go to work the next day.

I’d say fill out the sheet as best you can with what you know. Look at the brands of all your stuff and list it out. There are good questions on that sheet that will help you think about your set up moving forward.
