Hibiscus - the leaves are high in calcium, the flowers are also good and chameleon like to eat them. But needs brighter light than many chameleon cages typically contain.

Pothos - very easy to care for, tolerant of wet and drought, bright or low light - vine.

Dandelion - leaves are high in calcium and other nutrients, flowers also edible, very easy to care for, tolerant of wet and drought, bright or low light but stays small ground cover like. I have occassionaly put very small pots with good sized plants along the back of the cage mid-way up and my females in particular like to chew on them.

other good eating plants are Basil, arugula, mustard greens...
