So, I am going to soon be buying Night Crawler, my baby veiled chameleon, a new cage. I know he will not stay tiny long and would like to go ahead and get one for him. Does anyone know of any nice places to buy a fairly nice large one?
Thank you, as always,
Kat

check out diycages.com and lllreptile.com...great prices and both site sponsors

Thank you, both. I will look at both sites. :D I am so excited to get him a large one. He will love it. his is getting too full of plants and vines. I may spoil him a bit.

I have no affiliation with DIYcages, but I think they make a really great cage at a fair price.

check out amazon.com, their products are usually alot cheaper than retail.

I purchased the biggest reptibreeze cage for less than 90 dollars

I have no dog in this fight, so a 2x2x4 at LLLReptile is 79.95 + shipping and 95.00 shipped from DIYCAGES. Now if you would have been at the San Diego show last weekend, DIYCAGES was selling the cage for 75.00. Oh sure that may seem like a long way to go from Tennessee to save 20 bucks and it would be!

I will look into them. I am so excited to get him a larger one. He needs it. He will grow up fast. Which is both good and bad. lol

There are differences in each cage that may make you choose one over the other (diy or LLL).
The LLL you can open the bottom for ease of cleaning the diy you can't. BUt I have a diy and modded it so you can if you are into that? Also the DIY doesnt have a top support in the front of cage where the lll does which was why i chose the DIY.
I think thats pretty much the only differences besides the door latches and both are great cages. I actually have the 16x16x30 LLL right now for my little one and have the 2x2x4 DIY outside for his sun cage and future home

I am a big fan of DIYcages. I have 4 in different sizes. Their prices are great and the shipping is fast. Great customer service too.

just wondering...how did you mod the DIY to get rid of the bottom?
