We just got this guy from Kerrek last week through the forum... he has more from the clutch available, though this guy was a special case https://www.chameleonforums.com/ambilobe-sambavas-sale-111620/

How about that high white!?!? Love it. We suspected Tamatave in his lineage but his sire is Riker (image belongs to Kerrek, linked to from his ad):

Riker is from Chameleon Company's Anubis line. This is Anubis (image property of Chameleon Company):

The dam is from Chameleon Company's Hyperion Line. This is Hyperion (image property of Chameleon Company):

Looks like a variation of Cap Est (they usually come in with tamative shipments)

I wonder of tamative x red bar ambilobe = cap est?

Gorgeous none the less. Love it!

I would disagree with this as far as a variation. But i am hard pressed to believe 100% ambi....

But he is an absolutely gorgeous pardalis!

forgot to mention he's right around 6 months old.

Cap Est / Tamatave would have to be a tiny percent of his gene pool, we have every reason to believe the breeder that the sire is Riker, and that Riker's sire is Anubis line, and both look pretty strongly ambilobe. The female coming from the Hyperion line also suggests to me she'd be at least 50% Ambilobe even if a mistake was made... but look at the clutch mates. This guy has got some recessive genes going nuts! (IMHO)

Again... he's still just coloring up. We don't expect the high white to last.

That's what I thought when I saw the photos. ;)
I'm having cap est x ambilobe babies soon, so we will see what this cross looks like.

Whatever he is, I love his colors! :)

OMG! I LOVE him!! He was the best looking out of the bunch, but I know how that can always change! The others are beautiful also! Kerrek lives 4 blocks from me!! Wow, am I tempted!!!! I always just keep two at a time. I have to have self control, but let me tell you it is hard!!!!

Just realized I never thanked reptoman for linking to that post. This guy's white has actually become more saturated with a recent shed. he's a freak, and apparently comes from freaky lines :D

Can't believe I missed this thread when it first went up. He turned out awesome. I got two Hyperion females at the same time and they looked to be clutch mates because they were identically sized when I got them. I bred one to my Male Riker and one to Skywalker (brothers by the way) and all of the Skywalker babies were typical Ambilobes Riker has some white on him but nothing like his two clutches have produced.

Here is a couple of Skywalker offspring that I have sold to a couple forum members. Jerm and Slinkyspanthers.

Not sure where all the white came from but Skywalker threw nice "normal" Ambilobes. Riker threw nice White Ambilobes. Not trying to hijack your thread but the white is a mystery.
