Activity level of a 12 week old Panther

I have had my male Panther chameleon for 2 weeks. He is eating, drinking & pooping great. But I'm unsure about how active he should be? He doesn't seem to move around the cage very much. Is this normal? I assumed as a very young chameleon he would be fairly active.

When mine was 3 months he would move from top to bottom to either get or get away from bask/uvb or to eat. Other than that he didn't really just roam around for no reason all the time. They normally find a few fav spots. Mine always goes to bed on the same tree limb.
