Adding shower curtain to cage

Any ideas on how to stick some shower curtain on to the frame on a screen cage? I'm gonna try to just cover 1/4 to 1/2 of the sides towards the bottom of the cage to allow air to still circulate through. I was thinking of some type of adhesive but since he's already in the cage I'm concerned about possible fumes.

I literally just did this two my double wide wooden cages right before i got online. I used hot glue and just put a little dot in a couple spots. The reason for that is, Hot glue is really easy to get off of surfaces if needed

depending on what your cage is made of you may be able to use magnets..

This maybe a silly question but is there any smell from the glue that might bother my cham?

Use magnets . Glue is a no no.

I cut the pieces to size and just used the screws that hold the cage together. Curtains aren't very heavy, so they won't tear through the screws.

I also like to use CoroPlast, and I do the same thing with the screws.

Just put up one section and the tape looks to be holding up pretty good FYI I have a reptilogic cage.

i like coroplast as well, cheap and easy

I put screws along the outside of the cage on the top and use the clip on rings for curtains and hang them on, this way I can remove them easy. I use it to cover my females when it's laying time also.

I just used normal tape. You don't need to get very fancy with this.

I'd stay away from colorful looking patterns so they don't upset the chameleon. but other than that, not really. I just used clear or white in the past.

I still stick to my suggestion of coroplast. It's at Home Depot and Lowe's in white.

I use magnets for so many things, they're so easy to use.
I'd recommend that as well. For lighter things, I use the small craft magnets from Michaels or Hobby Lobby. If it needs to be heavier, magnaturals also sells their super magnets.

The best thing is that anything attached with magnets is easy to remove, and therefore easy to clean

I used twist ties. I just put it through the curtain and through the screen and twisted them together..

Fishing line and zip ties work well. Just weave it through a section and toe it off. You don't want to completely seal the top and bottom. Just having a shower curtain on the sides will keep the humidity high

One thing I experienced with using a shower curtain is that my enclosure would mold because of the reduced air flow. I only covered two sides of the cage as well but now that I removed the shower curtain there's no mold growing in the cage anymore. But I live in Florida and its very humid here to begin with so maybe I didn't need it in the first place. Just lettin you guys know!
