I'll keep this simple and do discussion from there.
Vitamin D3, Calcium, food dusting, and a Monthly/Bimonthly multivitamin.
Staples:
Superworms
Silkworms
Dunia Roaches
Occasionally:
Hornworms
Waxworks
And the like.
Gutload:
Kale
Chard
Mustard Greens
Basil
Cilantro
Carrots
(Squash and Dandilion greens seasonally)
Avoiding:
Crickets
Mealworms
Does this seem good? This is basically a similar diet to my bearded dragons. Actually exactly the same just different ratios and solid foods vs pure gutload.
Why do I avoid Crickets and Mealworms?
I don't take chances. Crickets are probably one of the worst bugs for parasites and while you can always find a safe supplier I just don't want to take the chance. As for mealworms I again avoid them due to their being harder to digest when there are alternatives and even if the diet is on point I want to rule out any added chance of possible impaction.
