Advice on set up

Is my setup ok?

I have a one year old panther in a 18x18x36.
* zoomed t5ho 14 inch fixture with 12 inch uvb bulb
...thinking of switching to 10.0

* 65 watt floodlight lamp.

I would say, the cage is a bit small for a 1 year old cham. I would recommend at 2', 2', 4'. Are all of his temps good?
