Can anyone give me any advice on submitting a picture. How can i make my pictures better. Here is the one I entered this time. Tell me what you think about it.

I thought your photo was very good. The chameleon was in focus, lighting was good, spacing was ok, and the background was excellent. Your photo was very close to making the final 10. For many photos I could easily point to at least one factor that needed improvement, but for your entry I think the biggest problem was the competition. This month's contest had more entries than any other contest, and in my opinion a high percentage of quality photos compared to previous contests. I think you are definitely on the right track; you would have made the final 10 if you were competing against last month's entries.
