Thank you guys I have one more question I had a blue 50 watt uva basking light wich died with in two weeks probably my fault due to not knowing how to mist properly but I had a spare red light 75 watts wich I quickly realized after a day was to hot I put a regular 60 watt house light and temp at basking spot is a steady 84 temp but should I buy another blue light or is the house light fine im worried about her getting enough uva and I noticed she has been eating less crickets she use to eat 10 15 1/4 sized crickets now she's eating 5_ 10 crickets I take all the crickets out at night this all changed a week ago after she sheded shows a strong interest in meal worms Phoenix worms and super worms im thinking she might becoming a picky eater so I've been cutting her worms back

House bulbs are fine, many people prefer the because they tend to have a longer lifespan.

Do you have a uvb light?

Those blue bulbs are zoo med, which makes the most cancerus bulbs there are.
Damn now u got me nervous about my light set up cause the uvb is also a zoo med I thought that would be a good brand to trust what would u recommend for this newbie lol

Yes I have a 5.0 cfl I know alot of ppl will be upset about a cfl I do plan on updating lights in the near future

The new cfl bulbs were said to have been reformulated and fixed some time back. I've used this on small baby/juvenile cages for a few months before moving to larger cages and I haven't personally had an issue with them. The uvb bulb also puts out 30% uva spectrum if I remember correctly. You should be fine, you do not need to spend the extra money on the reptile specific heat bulbs.

Zoomed makes good bulbs, it's what most people use. The only better lighting manufacturer that I am aware of is Arcadia, but those can only be purchased a few places in the US, the main place being from Todd @ Lightyourreptiles.com, I highly recommend him and the arcadia brand bulbs.

Sorry phone was acting up double combo lights with a tube light
Ah. Got it. I had the double combo lights laying around, but I am using those with 6500k cfl bulbs for the plants, which has been working well for me so far with the dwarf umbrella plants. And then the uvb is a t5ho strip light.
