Agressive....

9 month old male panther, we've been just throwing in crickets lately and not doing as much hand feeding. Is it possible he's agressive because he's in breeding season or just not enough handling? we live in a cold climate and his temperature has been normal... Please let us know thanks

There is no such thing as "breeding season"with chameleons as they will breed all year. The lack of handling and hand feeding could be the cause as he is getting used to no intereaction with you and is feeling threatened when you come near the cage.
