I think a poacher but i'm not sure.I don't think they are the same person. If I am remembering correctly, the person who named the jacksons was an exporter? (Or maybe it was an importer from Europe?)

I believe you are thinking of the importer/exporter who claimed to have a new subspecies of jacksons, AKA jacksonii willengensis.. which is in fact j. jacksonii.. Some EU breeders still refer to them as willingensis for some strang reason though.
