Albino Pac Man Frog Care

OK so in about 2 months the pomona super show is going to take place I plan on buying supplies and a baby albino pac man frog, I have owned one in the past but it died as I handled it to much "I was 12 at the time and didnt know much about herps" I have an empty 10 gallon with a screen and a uth and a water bowl. What substate should I use and do I use the uth or lights? I also have a mister for the required humidity and calcium and vitamins with d3. Am I missing anything else?

I was going too get one and Im sure somepeople will fight with me on this one but you should have some tipe of dirt so he can hide hissself under it. They like to hide under the dirt and then attack prey so that is why. Also they dont really need anything in there tank all they really need is a water bowl and dirt for them to dig in. I dont think you need a light but I think it would be nice to have one. I am not sure about the lighting but I dont think they need one.

As the show gets closer I have some supplies for my new herp a 10 gallon tank with an uth heater a coco husk brick and a humidity guage what should his temp be and what is a good water bowl for a frog ?
