All male crickets?

So I got 1,000 crickets online. They are 1/2" in size. I was looking at them, trying to show my daughter the difference between male and female. It looks to me that they are all male. Is this possible or do the females develop the ovipositor later?

You should be seeing the female ovipositor if their wings are developing. An all male group would be unusual.

I asked them to ship all the males so when I order they will only ship me quiet ones. My wife does not want to hear crickets chirping . He he he...
