All the types of gutload?

I was just wondering about which fruits and veggies were safe to gutload panthers?
I was especially curious about if you can gutload grapes or celery to panthers?

Do you mean feeding the fruits and veggies directly to the panthers? or to their insects? Often, Panther chameleons wont take fruit and veg. But if you find yours do, I'd go easy on things like grapes (high in sugar). Aim more towards the leafy greens, small amounts of carrot or squash - almost anything your crickets eat is likely safe in small amounts to your chams.

I meant gutload for insects.XD I never tried feeding him fruits or veggies directly but usually he only eats things that move!!
What about celery?

I hear grapes is a big no no due to high [sugar]. Do you feed crickets or superworms? If you do, I just feed them carrots and potatoes. They're cheap and last a while in the fridge and it's probably something you would eat as well.

I feed crickets and superworms and I'm moving onto roaches. I just got some dubias today.

They'll eat anything, so the carrots and potatoes should work as well. One of the forum members said he/she used to feed his roaches apples and oranges. He/she joked that he'd eat the apple halfway and then give it to the roach.

Why waste good food. =) Oh yeah, when I first started gutloading I bought all the stuff everyone suggested (like collard greens and lettuce). Well don't buy too much and don't buy something you wouldn't eat as well. It'll most likely be thrown away.

Apple, carrot, sweet potato, kale, oat meal... oh yeah, and I crush up some bee pollen pills and toss some snooders on a few slices of oranges, good for hydration those oranges.

I wish I could get some of that cricketfood.com "stuff"
