I hung an umbrella plant at the top. I have 1 powersun uvb mercury bulb and that is it for the whole 4 ft tall cage. Is this enough for keep the plant and reptile healthy? or should i get another bulb?

Not your best bet for the plant. It doesn't produce the right spectrum of light that is necessary to keep a plant thriving in an enclosure setting. Plus, it produces a ton of heat. Keepers use them to double as both a basking bulb and uvb, not for plant growth.

I would suggest dropping the plant a bit and creating a basking zone in the upper 1/3 of the enclosure. Keep the plant lower to allow for proper thermoregulation. I have kept plants alive with CFL's, Fluorescents(T8's and T5's) and LED's. If it were me, I would run the MVB in conjunction with a LED grow bulb. That way you aren't subjecting the chameleon to more heat from another source. I would suggest a JungleDawn Spotlight. They are amazing. Todd, @Venutus1, carries this particular brand.
