I was thinking of getting some silkworms or dubia roaches, my cham does not seem to like crickets, they will crawl around right in front of him and he doesnt always eat them, I am thinking giving him alternatives would be a good choice.

Can I feed 1/8th"-1/4" silkworms to a 2 month old cham? He can eat 1/4" crix now, and is about 5" long (2-3" body from nose to vent)

Can I dust these just like cirx?

should I stick to crix or what/

roaches

I don't know about cheap spots for the phoenix worms but some really small nymph dubia might do the trick... or even some tiny lobster roaches.

Roaches

Yah i just let them free roach, but you can cupfeed them too, either technique works
Free roaming is more appealing to the chams though. Make sure if you buy phoenix worms to prick each one with a needle before your cham eats them. They can be hard for chams to digest.

It allows digestive juice in.
They have a thick skin, and it is hard to break them down.
Just poke them with a needel, but dont do a bunch at one time.
