Am I using the proper lighting for my Panthers?

Hi guys!
I have had Sammy (female ambilobe) for about two months now and just got Turk (male Faly) today! I am wondering if I am using the proper lighting... the breeder I got Sammy from recommended that I use a 50 watt heat bulb and a 26 watt UVB /100 bulb. So that’s what I have currently (picture of UVB bulb below).

I have heard lots about T5, T8 and Arcadia on here but I’m not sure where to get them (if what I have isn’t sufficient).

Also... I am dusting with calcium everyday and a multivitamin with D3 and vit A biweekly. I have included pictures of these supplements... anyone know if the ones I have are any good? I also have calcium With D3 but I don’t use it because I heard you could overload on D3...

Personally, I'd go with a linear UVB bulb. Like a reptisun or Arcadia. Those are basically the standard among most hobbyists and breeders.

I agree that linear T8 or T5 bulbs are best.

A 26 watt UVB cfl is like a 13 watt linear. It will put out about 6-8" of uvb into the cage before its useless. So if they hang out alot at the top, you are still good.
