I have been reading posts here and i see that they say that a Veiled chameleons after laying her eggs will lay more eggs some time after even if there is no male the 2ed time. Is this true? and if so, how long after will see lay the new batch of eggs? I ask this because it looks like she is getting fat again and she has them bumps above her back legs again that look like eggs. But she just layed the last batch of eggs on 10-31-09???? Am i just going crazy here. LOL

regardless she mated with male or not, she will keep cycling eggs.
So, do put a laying bin for her.

I always make sure that there is a suitable place in a female egglayer's cage...even though some may not need it.

As for producing another clutch..although a female veiled will/can lay 3 or 4 clutches a year even when not with a male...the reproduction can usually be controlled and even stopped by appropriate husbandry.

If your chameleon laid eggs the end of Oct. then it should be too soon for her to lay another clutch if she was never mated.

she was mated the first in the start of oct.
