dont be a wuss! jk you can leave the bag or container open and lay it on the bottom of the cage... They will eventually crawl up to the light. Or you can leave those flies in the frig/freeze for a couple of minutes to slow them down.
 
oooooooo man good luck with that. Those things are fast!! I would just leave them like dooblah stated!! Your cham should eat them off in a week or less i would imagine. My panther Ester goes freaking crazy for flies!:p

PantherVeiled, you can't put a chameleon cage into a freezer. :eek:;)
His question is how to take out the flies from a chameleon cage. Not, how to transfer the flies into a chameleon cage.

Lol its been a long day... woke up from a hang over to nurse a sick cham, hand spray/feed all my chams and let them enjoy natural sunlight. I totally misread that question hahaha
 
lol...my guy doest seem to like them tho...so it may take a while for them to be eat..if they are even eaten
