LOL, hey I checked out geckos unlimited which is a forum. You might find someone on there if nobody responds.

Don't know if this site is current of not but they have them for sale. http://www.reptmart.com/p-2285-cuban-false-chameleon-chamaeleolis-barbatus.aspx

$500 per animal. I used to know a guy if california who kept them. I have to get his number from my ex and give him a call. IF he is still keeping them I'll let you know. His babies/sub-adults were selling from anywhere between $400-$500 depending of size and age. He said they were fairly easy to breed. If I had the cash two years ago I would be keeping those. They were amazing animals. Very, Very hard to get back then. I believe he acquired them directly from a source that supplies zoo's/high end collectors. You may be better off looking for them in that market. I'll PM you if he knows anyone with them anyone with them anymore or if he is still keeping his. Idk since I have no idea of their life span or anything about them. All I know is that they were one of the coolest lizards I have ever held. His were not the barbatus kind link that site is selling though. Idk what kind they were, looked more ancient and chameleon like than those ones.
