Anything concerning about these spots?

Are they raised? How long have they been there? Do you have other reptiles? If so, make sure to wash your hands very well in between handling and don’t use the same things for them without washing in between...just in case it’s something that can be transmitted.
Does not look like an abrasion or other wound. I’m pretty clueless about fungal infections on chams. Maybe could be a papilloma (wart basically), but in the very early stages…maybe?

Slightly raised. It has been there for about 3 weeks.
