Today I went into a local family owned pet shop to see what they had for misting systems. While I was at it, I took it upon myself to look at their chams. They had a female Jackson's cham and a boy veiled. The female looked pregnant and sickly. They only had one light and something to climb on. (I'm sure it wasn't even a correct light.) They didn't have any leaves to hide in. Both of them looked dehydrated and sad. Also, they were overpriced for the conditions that they were both in. I felt so bad for them. I would have rescued them, but that could just incline the store to buy more. The only plus was that they were in separate cages.
They will not be getting any of my business unless I need crickets asap.
Oh, and they didn't have any misting systems for sale.
