Apples

Hi, Do I take off the skin off of apples to feed to my V. Chameleon? How about to the crickets or meal worms?

Well I've never fed an apple to my veiled, but I'm sure using a knife to peel the skin off or a potatoe peeler would work.

I feed my veiled orange pieces and he loves them

I don't see offering shredded apple with skin an issue. Don't use large chunks obviously. Just small thin peices. Should be fine

Some apples are waxed (especially the reds), so to be on the safe side, I would peel.

On a side note, apple seeds contain trace amounts of cyanide.
(Yes, I know this is about the peel.. hehe.)
