Are babies too young to "shower"

my little guy is almost 3 months old and I'm wondering if he's too small to shower. I imagine that bing tiny means dehydrating easily so was winding if it's okay to shower him once a week to make sure he's good and hydrated.

I have done it with tiny and super sick chameleons. I don't know why people are so weirdly against it. Often if they can't hold onto limbs themselves I will sit naked in a shower with them XD waaaay cold for people. But your guy should be fine, I usually set a timer especially for first timers to check on them every few minutes.

Agreed showers are good just stay with your baby .

Bounce the water off the wall . Not the plant or you can just hold him . He may be unsure of what's going on and try to climb .

As long as he isn't getting drenched to the point of covering his nostrils and inhaling water, and has a comfortable perch or plant to sit on, I don't see how a light warm mist shower is any different than a nice mistking session. Besides water quality, and possibly stress factor from such a foreign environment.

The babies go through the same rain storms as the adults, in the wild. And babies don't seem to stress as easy as adults, so just make sure you are near, give him a good plant, and keep an eye on him.
