Are fans ok?

I just made a chameleon room but I do keep some feeders in there so I'd like to have a fan in the room just so the air doesn't get stagnant it would most likely be on the floor. Its a small room so think big closet with a sink. My concerns are for RI's, I've never had one with my chams but I like to be cautious. I do notice I get irritation from roaches in my nose and throat when i'm very close to them so I'm hoping the moving air will help. Any thoughts?

Air flow around the room shouldn't be an issue.

What kind of roaches? I know with dubia, some people can develop a slight allergy to them with regular contact. You may need to where a face mask to keep the irritation away or switch feeders.

I need to wear gloves when dealing with dubia roaches now because i break out with hives on my hands when handling them.

I don't actually touch the colony yet. I've had them 6 months and its small maybe 15 adults and lots of small ones. Other then feeding and cleaning I don't contact them. That will change in a few months though. No hives but it makes the inside of my nose burn! i'll look into the masks but I do hope a fan helps.

I have used a small house fan with no problem. always make sure not to point the stream at the cages and it will be fine.
