are these grass hoppers ok?

I do not know what kind they are but I found these in the back yard, was wondering if they are ok to feed.

One on the left looks like a lubber, so no. Not sure what the species on right is. They both look pretty gnarly.

I feed them locust caught in the rural areas less chance of them having pesticides,also I only feed them young ones because the older ones can carry diseases.

The one on the right is definitely ok. I feed it. The one on the left is questionable, however this particular hopper is known for its many different Camouflage. http://bugguide.net/node/view/466707

The one on the right is ok to feed but i need a side shot of the other one it kind of looks like a differnal grass hopper. If it is is ok to feed but if its not then it could be not safe to feed.
