i feed my cham strawberries on occasion. they are like his special good boy
treats, or if it is a holliday. he loves them to death. he will brighten up
his color and run to them and try to eat them, its hard because sometimes
he tries to use his toung but it wont stick to them so he has to like turn his
head and bite them.

these are a few websites that have information on what is in food.
they are not for chams but what is in it reguardless who eats it is the same.

Umm, not sure, don't have roaches, I guess you could make some and feed it to two and see if they like it, This is what I feed my Crickets and Superworms
