I bought some kit of vitamine supplements from the store the other day. It came with 3 different food powders for herps. The main one I use is the calcium, but I'm not sure if I should use the other ones. Here is what is in the other two:

1) Essential vitamins +Betacarotene: ingredients =
Vitamin A - 30,000 I.U
Vitamin D3 - 5,200 I.U.
Vitamin E - 100 mg.
Vitamin C - 500 mg.
Folic Acid - 45 mg.
Vitamin B1 - 150 mg.
Vitamin B2 - 125 mg.
Niacin - 600 mg.
Vitamin B6 - 30 mg.
Vitamin B12 - 3040 mcg.
Biotin - 12,000 mcg.
Panothenic Acid - 850 mg.

2)Essential Probiotics + Spirulina: ingredients =
Wheat Germ Flour, Maltodextrin, Fructose, Calcium carbonate, calcium lactate, replamin 191, brewers yeast, spirulina, bee pollen, beneficial bacteria (Leuconostoc sp), Lactobacillus acidophilius, Llactobacillus casel, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Streptococcus faecium, Vitamin D3

If they came from a pet store FOR Herps, then they can't kill them can they? lol
I know someone here said she powders her guy's food twice a month with the vitamins and boasts of long life for her chams. The calcium is usually used 4X's weekly. I was using it every day until I found that out. hm?
Hope that helps.
